How Does it Work?

We have a a lot of phone calls and emails just inquiring about how it all works. We have done our best to lay it all out so that you understand exactly what to expect when you rent with us.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse service at any point in time. If anyone in our office is shown anything other than kindness and patience, cancellations will be made accordingly.

Check In

Before any fun can be had, we need everyone to check in at our shop for orientation. We open at 8:00 A.M. and take our last check in at 11:00 a.m. We understand that plans can change so while booking try to select the time that is most suitable to your group.

All members of the party must be present as it is vital to understand how to safely operate our equipment, regardless of your experience Level! After orientation, Everyone over 18 is required to sign a release form (even as a passenger). We will Discuss the map of the lake so you know how to get to the best locations without getting lost and still enjoying your trip

Go to the Lake

After you are all checked in, you will follow our driver to the lake. They will show you where to park and allow you time to load your Rental with anything you plan to bring. You will then walk down the ramp and meet them at the bottom where they will put the equipment in the water for you.

They will give some final instructions before you depart so please listen to them with patience and respect. Once they are finished with their instructions,

All that is left to do is enjoy the beautiful Lake Powell!

Our regular pick up time is 5:00 p.m. at the same location you were dropped off.  Should you need earlier pick up it can be arranged. Do not arrive at the dock expecting early pick up if it has not been requested. You must call us with at least a 30 minute notice.

If you are late you will be charged a late fee.

After we pick up the equipment, you are required to pay for the amount of fuel you used. We will fuel it at a local gas station and deduct this charge from your deposit. This is much less expensive than filling on the lake and ensures a speedy release of your deposit.
